- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney via Express Australia Post.
- Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days for metro areas and 5-7 business days for rural locations.
- Free shipping is offered for orders over $100.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking:
- Dispatch confirmation emails include carrier and tracking information.
- Contact Customer Care for any order issues.
Changing Delivery Address:
- Address changes are not possible after checkout.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to redirect an already shipped order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Report issues within 7 days.
- Baby Laurel Organics will replace or refund items according to Australian consumer laws
- Items delivered outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
- Recipients are responsible for these charges.
- Refusing delivery incurs original delivery charges and return costs.
